Today has just been one of those kinda days. At work, and I have had someone call to ask for directions to the Post office. Okay, I understand we are a real estate company, but you can get our number quicker than the Post Office's? Really?
Not one person has pulled into our parking lot and actually parked in a real parking spot. I've had someone pull up and park between our building and our neighbor's --almost exactly in the middle (which happens to be a roadway that leads to the parking lot. No one could get in or out while this person was parked). I've also had someone come and park perpendicular to our building, slightly tapping it as she parked, like we were a tirestop or something. I only felt it because her car was right outside my desk's window. Ouch.
Oh, and let's not forget the gentleman who called and asked for help buying a property. He put in an offer with his agent, who happens to not work in our office, and we don't have anything to do with the property, but he wants to apply for a federal grant to get money back. Again, sigh, Really??? Ask your agent or ask the government. I have no knowledge about anyone buying any property with cash for profit as an investor getting free money from the government. Sounds like an infomercial, though!
