Who says real estate is slow?

I must admit, I did not have the busiest summer in real estate. But, with that amazing first time homebuyer tax credit out there (up to $8,000---its a great deal!), I am finding myself busy again. I should knock on wood, keep my fingers crossed, whatever...I love it!
Tomorrow, I am showing 5 homes to one of my new buyers, and yesterday, I had someone else contact me, ready to buy his first home. Its a relief, but I don't want to get my hopes up. I really hope things work out.
In other news, I had a nice dinner with AB last night, and I started working on my first dog sweater. It is a crocheted sweater, for a little doggie. I will be putting it up to purchase on Etsy, and the proceeds will go to a local animal shelter here. If I can do one sweater a week, I think I can really help out the local shelters, which are swamped with dogs and cats right now. I'm excited, and I hope my sweater turns out. My brother has a small dog that will be my model. I am trying to create my own pattern, but its hard without a dog of my own. Last night, I got a head start on the collar, but I think I am going to redo it. Crochet can go so fast, if you have a nice size needle and great yarn.
Okay, back to work...phones, ring, ring ring!!

Hey Lisa!

I emailed you a week or so ago. Did you get it? I wanted to check with you to see if Avon has any good deals on Nail polish and foot care products. I am focusing my first giveaway on taking care of your feet. Let me know if you have anything cheap (as I am buying it and I am cheap, lol!) Also were you game for supplying a beauty tip or no?

Thanks!
